Service professionals are expected (required) to provide the best service they can to the customer.
Eligibility
- Above 18 years of age
- Bruneian Citizen / Resident of Brunei / PR
- Mobile device (iOS / Android)
- Installed both Sanang & Sanang Manager app
- Completed User registration on the Sanang app
- Digital copy of IC or Passport
- Above 18 years of age
- Must be employed under a company/business
- Must have all legal documentations (work letter, work visa, and etc.)
- Ensure the company is registered on our platform and obtain the Business ID from your company/business -
- Mobile device (iOS / Android)
- Installed both Sanang & Sanang Manager app
- Completed User registration on the Sanang app
- Digital copy of IC or Passport
- Employment documentations
Before applying for registration, please ensure that you have the digital copies of required documents on your mobile device. The registration process will take place in-app. It will be easier for you to directly upload the documents from your device.

Company Registration
How do I register my company/business?
Please ensure that you have all valid company/business documentations on your mobile device for easier entry. Documentation on foreign workers that you intend to have registered to the application is also recommended. Verification process for foreign workers is contacting the Administration account for validation and further documentations when required.
