Sanang App Permissions

Storage Media
- Sanang does not save or store your device's media in our database without your prior knowledge
- Sanang does not process your device's storage media except to pull and present to user
- Sanang only stores media that is shared willingly by the user
- Media sharing functionality used when creating orders or in chat messages
Location
- Sanang does not save or store user's live location
- Location is briefly used when user is applying a new address into their account
- Location is only used to guide the map to the user's current location
- Sanang stores the location associated with an address entered by the user
Camera and Microphone
- Sanang does not use the Camera and Microphone without the user's prior knowledge
- Camera and Microphone permission is used to allow the sharing of media in chat messages

We may use cookies in our websites but it is only stored locally for localisation (language) purposes.

Our servers are located in Singapore. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
